Bulk barcode & QR code labels from Excel

Upload a spreadsheet, pick a label sheet, print. Runs in your browser — your data never leaves your computer.

How to make barcode labels from an Excel list

  1. Put one item per row in Excel or Google Sheets, e.g. SKU, product name, price
  2. Save as .xlsx or .csv and upload it above, or copy the cells and paste them
  3. Choose the column that holds the barcode value and up to three columns to print as text
  4. Pick a barcode type — Code 128 for SKUs and internal codes, EAN-13 / UPC-A for retail products, QR Code for links
  5. Pick your label sheet and download the PDF. Print at 100% scale (turn off "fit to page")

Built for small inventories

Shopify and Etsy sellers labeling stock, small warehouses tagging bins, offices tagging assets, event organizers printing QR badges. If your list lives in a spreadsheet, it becomes a sheet of labels in seconds

FAQ

Which label sheets are supported?

Avery 5160 (30 per sheet), Avery 5163 (10 per sheet) and Avery L7160 (A4, 21 per sheet). Pro adds 2" × 1" and 4" × 6" thermal labels for Zebra, Rollo and DYMO style printers

Is my data uploaded anywhere?

No. Your file is read and every barcode is drawn inside your browser. Nothing in your spreadsheet is sent to our servers

Why does a row show an error?

EAN-13 needs 12 or 13 digits and UPC-A needs 11 or 12 digits. If you include the check digit it must be correct. Code 128 accepts any text, so use it when unsure

How many labels can I make for free?

Up to 20 rows per batch, with a small watermark on the PDF. Basic removes the watermark and handles 2,000 rows per batch; Pro has no row limit. See pricing

The printed labels don't line up

Print the PDF at "Actual size" / 100% scale with margins set to none. Check that the paper size matches the sheet (Letter for Avery 5160 / 5163, A4 for L7160)
