Terms of Service
1. The service
Bulk Label Maker is a web tool that generates barcodes and QR codes from data you provide and formats them as printable labels. The free plan and paid plans are described on the pricing page.
2. Your data and responsibility
Your data is processed in your browser and remains yours. You are responsible for the content you encode and for checking that labels scan and print correctly before using them in production, retail or shipping. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Current plans:
- Free — $0. Up to 20 rows per batch, PDF labels with a watermark, 1 text line per label.
- Basic — $9.90 USD per month. Up to 2,000 rows per batch, watermark-free PDFs, up to 3 text lines, ZIP export.
- Pro — $29.90 USD per month. Unlimited rows and text lines, thermal label sizes, everything in Basic.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Waffo, our Merchant of Record, which is the seller of record for your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
4. Licence keys
Your plan is unlocked by a licence key tied to your subscription. Keys are for use by the subscriber's own organisation and may not be resold or published.

6. Availability and warranty
We aim to keep the service available but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. Barcode readability depends on your printer, label stock and scanner.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including mislabelled goods.
8. Breach, suspension and termination
You must not misuse the service, including by attempting to bypass plan limits, reselling or publishing licence keys, interfering with the site's operation, or using it to produce labels for counterfeit, illegal or fraudulent goods. If you breach these terms we may suspend or revoke your licence key without notice; where the breach is serious or repeated, no refund will be due. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
