If Bulk Label Maker doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.
Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but if you forgot to cancel and haven't used paid features since the renewal, contact us within 7 days and we'll refund it.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from Manage subscription. You keep paid features until the end of the current billing period and won't be charged again.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued by Waffo, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
