Privacy Policy
The short version
Files you upload and values you paste are processed entirely in your browser. We never receive, store or see the contents of your spreadsheets or the barcodes you generate.
What we do store
- License key — a random identifier created in your browser and saved in its local storage. It links your browser to your subscription.
- Subscription record — when you subscribe we store your license key, plan, subscription status, order ID and the email address you used at checkout, so we can unlock paid features and answer support requests.
- Basic server logs and analytics — our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free page analytics.
How we use and store it
We use your licence key and subscription record only to unlock the plan you paid for, to provide support and refunds, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Records are stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure (Cloudflare D1) and access is limited to the site operator.
Third parties we share data with
- Waffo (Merchant of Record) — processes payments, invoicing, tax and refunds. Waffo collects your payment details, billing address and email directly under its own privacy policy. We never see your full card number.
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and database and protects it from abuse.
We don't sell your personal data and don't share it with advertisers.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The tool uses your browser's local storage only to remember your license key.
Retention and your rights
We keep subscription records for as long as your subscription is active and afterwards as required for tax and accounting. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing support@bulklabelmaker.com.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Material changes will be announced on this page.
